To all the men out there we know how much you like your lady being loud in bed. In some cases it helps you come faster. However, the issue today to put light on is not your girl screaming for you but the stigma that lies behind men moaning!

In 2022, why do men still fear expressing themselves vocally in bed? Society and porn has created some unneeded standards for men that have the opposite effect. I talked to at least 13 women before writing this blog and all of them agreed they enjoyed men moaning during sex and foreplay. But the struggle for me was to ask men, Do they like to moan during playtime? Some people had a thoughtful ten-second pause before answering. Several of the men that I asked said it's quite natural but they don't want to be vulnerable in bed. Could vulnerability hurt the machaosism?

Experts at New York University recently conducted research on this. According to Dr. Zhana Vrangalova, an expert on human sexuality at NYU, she explains how moaning is a crucial step in achieving an orgasm. This is because it is a statement of sexual pleasure for both genders. Moaning during sex, according to Vrangalova, signals to your partner that you are enjoying the act and encourages them to give you even more pleasure. She claims that because moaning naturally occurs during sex, attempting to suppress it could reduce enjoyment and hinder one from achieving the climax. 


There is nothing shameful about the noises you make because they are derived from genuine joy, which is lovely and endearing. In addition to letting us know what you enjoy (particularly when you can't be seen), it also makes us feel very seductive. You are not totally immersed in the experience if you are concentrating on taking it in. No one will condemn you for having fun; you deserve it.

A personal tip about what she likes would definitely include being expressive in bed and trust me, expressing yourself is a turn on because-

1. The act arouses your partner's interest.

2. This allows your partner to gauge how you are feeling.

3. It can boost your pleasure.

4. It allows you to orgasm on command.

5. It helps to make you more open and vulnerable.


 So why the poker face while making love?

    Moaning is fine, rather good during foreplay and even grunting too is fine during the act...it helps in building up the crescendo
